- Shipping & Delivery
- All of our orders are packed and shipped three times a week. All of our domestic orders are shipped using USPS first class or Priority mail. Delivery time for domestic shipment is estimated between 3-7 business days depending on the location.
International order also shipped using USPS. Different countries operate with different speed and then there is customs, but in most cases your package should arrive in less than 10 business days. Beyond our control, some countries may charge customs fees.
Shipping rates are determined based on the number of items purchased!
- Returns & Replacements
- At Bernos we guarantee the quality of our product. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with our shirts for whatever reason we will be happy to return/exchange/credit your purchase. All returns must be returned within 30 days of placing your order and must be in the original condition that you received them – new, unworn and unwashed.
- Please email us prior to returning any t-shirt(s). When t-shirt(s) are returned for refund or credit we will issue a refund/credit (less the costs of shipping) on receipt of unused shirts. - Privacy & Security
- We use PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer. In other words rest assured that you’re information is safely guarded. We just receive your payment and order. We use the industry-standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep all of your order, billing, and shipping information secure.
- Sizing
- Bernos uses American Apparel shirts and their sizes tend to run a little small since they are fitted. Be sure to know the perfect fit is available for everyone.

Measure under arms around the fullest part of the bust. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
