I've been wanting to lose weight for six months, I have used several "drugs" including lipobind - linked, (hope you do not mind). however I believe I have to substantially adjust my daily diet and also get some exercise.
haha, touche` Anonx, we are only rude to pyschos and people we dont like or are afraid of. We like Obama, we will not be rude to him apart from the racist party members who are generally rude to anyone not like them.. mind you they are rude in France too, like proper rude not the general grumpiness here don't know about the Germans but the French especially Parisians uhmm quite rude them, also they shout, not so much shouting here just rudeness....

The Merkel woman struck again eh?, she doesn't like the UK either and so po faced....Obama according to our press is on mending of the ways mission to the Germans and French...

Anonx you have buckets full of friend chicken? I am a veggie who eats fish in buckets if I have to:)...your friend sounds like fun, is your friend really planning to go around drummers in tow and the rose lady infront?...for dramatic effect there should be a very colourful headgear matching the dashiki and for some odd reason I am thinking of a very colourful bird on someone's arm, maybe the rose lady lol...

Incidentally Anonx, if you heard Talula does the hula in Hawaii would you ever think that is what some people call their children?...one poor child was named as such and a court in New Zealand decided that wasn't on, or a name and removed the unfortunate child from the care of her weird parents so her name could be changed..read on below...,bye now I am off:)...

Obama is not coming to London because it has been determined 'the rudest, grumpiest most suspicious people all live in London', instead he is going to Paris after Berlin. Even they almost lost an opportunity to host him because Merkel was against the idea of having him give speech from the same place JFK stood, some boodsburger bridge or something (see I joined the musketeers...)but supposedly the major of Berlin won because allegedly his motive was stronger, to appear next to the next most powerful man in the world so he can one day replace Merkel... something something like that.

I see u don't know much about bucket of fried chicken and watermelon... come to America. There's another friend who want to walk down a main street with his dashiki on,two drummer behind and a lady in front throwing rose pedals. I need to invest into a nice camicorder to capture some crazy actions. :)

And they got an Obama impersonator in Berlin that looks nothing like him:

The joke is on them: 'they think we all look alike'

Hi Anonx....

I just saw Berliners, about 20,000 of them come out for Obama, yeah all are infatuated with Obama if the Germans are coming out in their thousands who is left now?, how come he didn't come to see us?....

Lol ,mate the brothers dare is the funniest thing I read today, maybe they could be a double act, one letting it all hang out, and the other brother would be all booted and suited with a bucket of chicken in one hand and watermelon in the other, , is the chicken cooked or is it still all feathery and alive..aye what a sight that would be lol, people would be jumping over cars to avoid crashing into them lol...

You’re in London like 10 of us here rolled into one… if you and the Dude ever get a chance to appoint Nyala, I hope he appoints me as his lieutenant, his righ hand man, yes sir, sir…. I just pray it wont be like one of those WWII movies that when things go wrong, and they do, time for bitch slapping down the chain of command….

Awww thanks Anonx come, come, fourth musketeer:) has your name been somped on as well? About the appointing...I only want the one behind the scene sorting out stuff out when things go wrong that is the only time I come out of the woodwork, you can all be leaders on alternate day of the week and I can blame each one of you on your day of the week if you mess up like in the old WWII, do you thin that will work?:)....

I like Doro Mata's writing style, it is deep and provocative I wish she would write more, and confusion the healthy kind I now feel it is not so bad, to have doubt is as natural as to have certainties and well everyone got them both at some point or another in their lives don't they? I think:)....

Hi Datdude....

Queen and courtesy?,oh no datdude is that what the world thinks of England? the rudest, grumpiest most suspicious people all live in London, if anyone smiles at anyone in this city no one assumes it is to be friendly and good natured, instead you start worrying if the smiler might be a pyscho of sort and chose you as a victim and trying to lure you with the smile...so yeah it is that bad...

It is also like the wild west here, knives, guns you name any weapon that kills and maims and they are all here used by the under 16's the most now, only up to a year ago it was the under 20's killing each other and everyone else now it is the under 16's, maybe in another year it will be the under 10's, the other violent crimes are on the increase too but violence by children is more pressing now, it is only the seventh month of the year and already up to 20 mostly under 16's and the following age group murdered, this month in one week-end alone three teenagers were killed...

problem as i see it is not just in the existence of knife wielding youth but in the state’s/society’s inability to deal with it. So more police force is not the only answer, but also developing the individual.

True, most of this crimes are committed by children, the newspapers calls them feral children and some are not far off, they know no kindness or decency and have no values mainly because they have never been taught to have any in their homes, not all of them have full time parents, fathers go off or were never really considered either by their partners or by themselves to become an integral part of their children's lives, and some parents try but their surroundings and their circumstances might not allow them to succeed in keeping their children away from gangs ready to indoctrinate them into crime, but yes there is the issue of majority of these child killers and victims are mainly black...I ask myself if this would have gotten so bad if it affected another community?, now we are told something will be done..lets see if it happens..., the nuns and dear grandma are most welcome to sort out this mess before we are all knifed sometimes just for fun by feral children....

I think its a hung jury Hidaya. Greed or ignorance, like chicken or egg, I can't make up my mind. But I do feel that if a quarter, not even that high, of our ignorance(trauma) melts, reckless greed wouldn't have much of a space. My pleasure though for spilling the little that I know. You're in London like 10 of us here rolled into one... if you and the Dude ever get a chance to appoint Nyala, I hope he appoints me as his lieutenant, his righ hand man, yes sir, sir.... I just pray it wont be like one of those WWII movies that when things go wrong, and they do, time for bitch slapping down the chain of command....

You should team up with Doro Mata too, that haunting and lyrical 'My name is not mine, I was born when I died' is a perfect compliment to yours on confusion. I am not comparing the two characters, though, dont get me wrong...

Looks like Obama is thee man. Seems the entire world got a crush on him, unbelievable. At a bar with two brothers early early in the primary, one said if Obama is elected, I will walk butt naked down the street. The other replied, you gonna get your ass locked up, me I'm gonna walk down the street with one pucket of chicken on on hand, and a water mellon on the other. I told my habesha friend the story, and he added, yea a whitewoman besided him too...

Dude, Catcher on the Rye, is like my first gurl. fell in love that way with reading.

Today is my friday, sorry for the excess.

I think its a hung jury Hidaya. Greed or ignorance, like chicken or egg, I can’t make up my mind. But I do feel that if a quarter, not even that high, of our ignorance(trauma) melts, reckless greed wouldn’t have much of a space. My pleasure though for spilling the little that I know.

You should team up with Doro Mata too, that haunting and lyrical ‘My name is not mine, I was born when I died’ is a perfect compliment to yours on confusion. I am not comparing the two characters, though, dont get me wrong…

Looks like Obama is thee man. Seems the entire world got a crush on him, unbelievable. At a bar with two brothers early early in the primary, one said if Obama is elected, I will walk butt naked down the street. The other replied, you gonna get your ass locked up, me I’m gonna walk down the street with one pucket of chicken on on hand, and a water mellon on the other. I told my habesha friend the story, and he added, yea a whitewoman besided him too…

hidaya,
most welcome. I've heard a few londoners complain about growing knife violence. Its weird, I never pictured that place as violent, I guess the image I had was courtesy and Queen's english lol...the problem as i see it is not just in the existence of knife wielding youth but in the state's/society's inability to deal with it. So more police force is not the only answer, but also developing the individual.
That was the point I was trying to make to my friend, people have to be taught/shaped/molded (plato would be proud :) )so that the maximum amount will grow to become responsible citizens. Of course as you pointed out, majority of problems are good people doing bad things. No silver bullet I guess. Maybe what they really need is a heavy dose of those nuns and some advice from our resident Grandma, whose words of wisdom have apparently received the highest of endorsements.

wow lots of amazing posts! Anonx, Datdude, Hadiye, yeah I have learned from y'all that we all got positive roles to play. Maybe except for some numerically inclined cosmic psychics, everyone is necessary in someway.:) We have to keep each other responsible.

Hi datdude...

Thank you, that is sweet:) are people generally not good? I dont know, I think goodness and badness in people sometimes can be found in the same proximity but one thing that civil law opens one's yes too are the fact that people even good people sometimes, many sometimes are neglectful of their duties towards others, it is not always thru malice, sometimes it is thru recklessness or neglect or ignorance or malpractise...

Then there are those who knowingly will seek every danger and thrill and then sue others if they are not saved from themselves and want restitution...for what you wonder? foolishness and not taking personal responsabilty towards ones' own safety and welfare?

Then people dont want to take accountability when the consequences of their action or , lack of them whichever is relevant takes them to court, and that is before you get to the murder and family law stuff, there? people, clients, cases implode, not good dadude, not good at all ...

Yeah the wonderful nuns can all emigrate here, this city needs them, especially our knives yeilding young, while they are it teaching them to aim for something other than career criminalism they could also teach them to be less self involved and about vocations and altruism , I fear the nuns have a mammoth task on their hands maybe?...datdude,does that make the answer yes?:)...

I know that sounds cliche but doro mata posting 100, on the hundredth comment has cosmic ramification. Its impact as we speak is reverberating through the known/ and unknown universe. hold on to your seats folks.

datdude, holding on what time is take off?:)..

hidaya very view altering comment,
this has to be the most complete rendition of a lawyers life, i've ever read. (at least in the space of three paragraphs) You've inspired me, just the other day I was arguing with a friend that people are basically NOT good, and need to be shaped and molded. Your experience shows that there is still room for the wonderful nuns, to help in churning out responsible citizens that won't sell their services/talents to the highest bidder no matter how devious. Of course less business for you then, but the reward in societal growth is worth it right? (psst the answer is yes ;) )
Maybe the most important thing i've learned in all this is the critical role we all play. I know that sounds cliche but doro mata posting 100, on the hundredth comment has cosmic ramification. Its impact as we speak is reverberating through the known/ and unknown universe. hold on to your seats folks.

Hi datdude...

True in theory, but unbeknown to anyone lawyers are sometimes angel-ish in their work, dont laugh, it is true lol ..if we believe in your cause you pay nothing, if an extreme wrong needs to to be put right some will take it on even if your case drags on for years and costs a lot,all the better of course if your case/cause, then becomes the cause celebre issue of the day lol.. of course it goes without saying that if the case is won it is not just you who wins but also the name of the law firm who has done the work otherwise the place might go broke after all that taking on conscience prickling cases and might need more paying clients to balance the sheets,..lol...

True, some more eligible than others though as in all things...

Datdude this might seem unlikely of lawyers lol,but mostly we keep the peace, the things that clients wants to do to each other when angry and think they can through their lawyers is the stuff of major nightmares, mostly borderline criminal too, got to stop them in their tracks and tell them the retribution stuff they are wanting is not very lawyerly work-like and that they might need the assistance of others who don't have to work under the restraint of the law, as for inspiration uhmm lawyers at work are only allowed to be inspired by the finer points of the law to their clients, sometimes clients just want to go nuclear? what is a poor lawyer to do in these circumstances:)?..it goes like this lol...

1.metaphorically and even not, hold client's hand for reassurance that all will be well and hope that it will be 2.advising them against any loose cannon exhibition of doolaly behaviour in public in case it hurts their case, build a strong case and do the very best for their client working under laws politician made and judges interpreted, 3.then, when it is all over go home and wonder how you ended up in a profession that at school taught you it was about fairness and justice and accountability which are fine ideals to uphold and to work with yet ended up knowing less of that and more about human hate and the so many different ways people fail each other's duties and responsabilities towards one another, Dante's Inferno's just about right until an escape beckons..lol...

hidaya,
i'm noticing that I should make my peace with the almighty and not risk eternal doom, because a backup plan involving lawyers (and/or satan and/or harbingers of armageddon and/or nyalasmoke's stupendous engineering abilities) will likely involve so many fees that i'll either end up broke/enslaved trying to pay you lot off or get thrown back into the fiery furnace for delinquency.lol
If we were to make a list of harbingers of armagedon it is very likely that every human being is eligible for that list, especially with the help of inspired lawyers ;)(still couldn't resist, but i'll stop). Suddenly Dante's Divine Comedy comes to mind.

you are right, maybe we should rethink suing the nuns, unless nyalasmoke can ‘engineer’ an escape from hell itself…hehe i couldn’t resist. :).

Lol, or find a legal technicality ie get out of hell card:) , lawyers and the devil..we go a long way and have history..the devil has form in addition, we cant,lol..now it is me who couldn't resist a dig at my own expense..., not smart at all:)..if nothing else works we can consult the harbingers of armageddon when it is unanimously decided who that lot is:) if they can bring armageddon around, then can find a way to get us out of hell, win our case which frankly would be impossible normally,...

Personally I think London stock exchange and New York traders and CEO's and their corporate lawyers else are the harbingers of armageddon. When armageddon comes I know who to point my finger at...
