Nol actually is a permanent VIP at any DCABESHA.COM events but as i had told him i didn’t have any extra cards that day… i agree with the fact that the same toons were played all week long and i kinda know why, maybe it’s because everyone had dj Mamush as a dj at every party… thanx for the pointer tho, we’ll fix that issue next time around. Aha, Avenue! I didn’t even know it had 3 floors….after that long queue, we only went in coz it was too late to go anywhere else. Well, I wouldn’t have waited in line but joined my friends who got to the front after waiting for so long (hmm, sometimes coming late is better)And I don’t know how many DJs you have in DC (never mind 3 different DJs at Avenue, if that was the case)the whole week, the same tunes were played (okk, maybe not same order ) hence why I didn’t realize there were three at Avenue)
Ow, another thing, I couldn’t believe Nol didn’t get a VIP card , kemirr, LOL, though my friend somehow got in with a VIP card…I actually asked Nol why the heck he told us to come there…Fifteen of us came there at my insistence, Because Nol said Avenue was the place.
Shifta, You said NY parties are lame….but I don’t think DC ones are any better. At least NY clubs/lounge are well ventilated.
